Symantec is the creator of the famous Norton Antivirus and are now known for their Green Security bar in address bars across the WWW and other internet security software. Recently taking over their own online marketing campaigns for APAC, their sought our help to develop the new direction for their email campaigns. The outcome of this collaboration, saw an increase in their conversion rates by up to 30% over the campaigns developed in North America but used for the APAC market.
When my team took on this project, it was already beyond it's deadline. It ran fast on the ground and required both hands on design and putting together appropriate resources locally and internationally. My main contributions spanned creative work (visual design and HTML email coding), team management and project direction. This has been one of the most challenging and rewarding projects that I have taken part in, to date.
