The revamp of a 200-page website

Once being the sole provider of all telecommunications services in Australia, Telstra's whitelabel arm, Telstra Wholesale is the business powering the infrastructure of all other telecommunications companies in the country today. A year before Telstra began it's rebrand, Telstra Wholesale, (it's whitelabel arm) had already embarked on a plan to overhaul its systems to enable it to better compete in the market for the incoming NBN.

When our team from Object was brought in, we were starting from scratch with the stakeholder group. We ran workshops in agile methodology and design thinking alongside the scoping of the project. It was both an education project to start Telstra Wholesale in the agile methodologies, as well as to help them rebuild their 200-page site.
My role as the Lead UX designer on the team was both to facilitate these workshops, help scope and guide stakeholders through vision-setting, and to design and execute the final deliverables.
